Personalizing you email messages isn’t limited to the text of the email itself. Another thing you can choose is the Sender Name on the emails you send from your Wire account. You can choose between your first name, last name, first and last name, and your company’s name.

You can see below that I have my company name as the default for my Sender Name:

You can change this if you are in the Contacts Area by going to Settings and then clicking the Profile button:

You can see at the bottom of the Company Profile page that there is an option to choose from the four options mentioned above.

You can see from the option below that I changed my Sender Information from my Company Name to First Name.  

The name you choose to display as your Sender Name is up to you. Try testing out your emails to see which of these selections has the biggest impact on your clients. By checking Open and Click results in your Email Stats area will give you an idea of which choice is right for you.
