You can log in at any time by going to www.renmind.net or your Cable Admin’s url. Enter the username and password you were originally given.

You can always see the Username your account was set up with under the ‘Profile’ tab under ‘Settings’. The ‘Profile’ area is also the place you can reset your password at any time.

Remember you can use this area to reset your Username or Password that you sign in with at www.renmind.net or your Cable Admin’s URL. You won’t be able to see your password but you do have the ability to change it if you need to. Your Username and Password will never be shared with anyone else or seen on any of your pages.

To Reset your password from the log in page, click the ‘Reset Password’ button. The video above will detail how to do this.
